The ads you watch to earn tokens shouldn't exceed 30 seconds. If you encounter any that are longer, please send us an in-game email along with a screenshot of both the ad itself and the ad's information section.

This way, we can identify the network that is displaying this ad. The information icon is typically located in one of the corners of the screen and should resemble or be identical to the following examples:
