Ads are not closing

If an ad fails to close and causes the app to freeze, we recommend that you try to close and reopen the game. This usually helps.

Now, we care very much about the quality of the ads in our game and we would like to better understand what may have caused this. If possible, could you please send us an email through the game (Settings > Help > Contact Us) with a screenshot of the ad you were watching when the app froze? This will helps us track it.

It would also be nice if you could provide us with information about the ad’s network. To see this information, just tap on the information icon that should be located in one of the corners of the ad and should look like the following.
