Ads are not closing
If an advertisement doesn't close and causes the app to stop working, we recommend trying to close and reopen the game, as this often helps.
We think the quality of our ads is very important and we would therefore appreciate a better understanding of what might have caused this issue. If you run into this issue again then, kindly send us an email through the game (Settings > Help > Contact Us) with a screenshot of the advertisement you were viewing when the app stopped. This can assist us in identifying the problem.
It would also be extremely helpful if you could provide information about the ad network. To access more details, simply tap the information icon, usually represented by the letter "i," which is typically located in one of the corners of the ad.
