The app freezes and/or crashes. What do I do?
Whenever you experience a freeze or crash in the game, there’s some kind of inconsistency between the device and the app. This may be a matter of RAM memory, HD memory, operating system, among other technical factors.
To try and solve this, we recommend that you follow the steps below.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check if there are other apps running in the background.
- Check if you have enough HD memory available.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game (if you end up losing your progress, please let us know and also check this article to learn more about how to save your progress).

- At which point the game froze or crashed? Were you doing a specific action within the game?
