Refunds

We have different processes for requesting refunds for each operating system. If you’d like to request one, simply follow the below steps. 

To request a refund from your Android device, you can provide us with the GPA number from Google. This code can be found in the email receipt from the Google Play Store, which you should have received after making a purchase in the game. Alternatively, you can also contact the Google Play Store directly through this link.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds directly for iOS purchases. Apple manages all App Store purchases, so you will need to contact them for any refund requests. You can find more information on this process here.
