Lost Progress – How to Recover It

You may be able to recover your progress if it was saved to an account (Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID). What you do next depends on how you lost it.

1) If you changed devices

If you still have your old device, this is usually easy to fix.

Step by step

1. Open CodyCross on your old device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Connect the game to Facebook, Google Play (Android), or Apple ID (iOS).
4. Now open CodyCross on your new device.
5. Connect using the same account.
6. If you see two saves, choose the progress you want to keep.

Important

• If you moved from Android to iOS, you must sync using Facebook (Google Play and Apple ID don’t transfer between systems).

2) If you reinstalled the app

If you reinstalled without syncing first, your progress may not come back automatically.

Step by step

1. Open CodyCross.

2. Go to Settings > Help > Contact us.

   Send a message and include:

   • The world or level you remember
   • Any other details that help identify your progress (approximate level, device type, etc.)

To avoid losing progress again

• Connect your game to one account (Facebook / Google Play / Apple Sign In).
• Use the same account on all devices.
• Keep the game updated.
