I lost my progress! How can I recover it?

We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but rest assured that there are solutions to resolve and prevent it.


First things first, it's important for us to know how you've lost your progress. Was it because you changed your device? Or was it because you reinstalled the app, for example? Let's see how to proceed on each scenario:

Change of device

In this case, if you still have access to the old device, all you have to do is to open CodyCross on it and connect your game to Facebook, Apple or Google Play.

After doing that on the old device, please repeat the same process on the new one. When you do, it should appear an option of which progress you'd like to choose 😊.


Note: If your old device was an Android and you've changed to an iOS, than it'll be necessary to connect it through Facebook.


Reinstalled the app

In this case, if you haven't saved your progress before, we'll need you to send us a message through the game by clicking in Settings > Help > Contact us. Please inform us which world or level you remember you were before.
