I have a subscription but it's not working

If you’re one of our subscribers or paid for an ad-free experience, but are not having access to your privileges, then please follow these steps:

  1. Access the game’s shop
  2. Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on Restore Purchase.

Now, if was unsusseccful, then please send us an email through the game by clicking in Settings > Help > Contact us. Make sure to tell us a bit more about the situation as well as attaching the receipt of your purchase, please. This way, we’ll be able to help you 🤗.
