I have a subscription but I still cannot access the Packs
If you’re one of our subscribers but cannot access the Packs area, then please follow these steps:
- Access the game’s store (tap on your token counter).
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen.
- Tap on Restore Purchase.
Now, if you weren’t able to regain access and you even don’t see the Packs button, then please send us an email through the game by clicking in Settings > Help > Contact us. Make sure to tell us a bit more about the situation as well as attaching the receipt of your purchase, please. This way, we’ll be able to help you 🤗.
